Stephen Sheldrake

Stephen Sheldrake is currently the Associate Director of Manufacturing at BD, where they have also served as Operations Manager and Process Engineering Leader. Prior to joining BD, they held various positions at Algram Group Ltd, including Senior Production Manager and Assembly and Finishing Manager, from 2013 to 2015. Stephen began their career at Art Marketing, where they worked as a Production Operator and later as a Production Supervisor from 2008 to 2009.
