Sumit Agarwal

Sumit Agarwal is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in supply chain operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at BD since 2025. Previously, they held positions as Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations at BD and Site Director & Plant Manager at Henkel, where they focused on global supply chain strategies and production management. Sumit began their career as a Summer Intern at Unilever and later contributed to various projects at Procter & Gamble related to production management and greenfield initiatives. They hold both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
