Halley Knigge

Halley Knigge is an accomplished communications executive with extensive experience in leading internal and external communication strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Communications at BECU since October 2025, Halley is responsible for conveying the organization’s purpose and brand to over 1.5 million members. Previously, Halley held multiple leadership positions at REI, including Divisional Vice President, where leadership was demonstrated over a 26-member team focused on communications and community inclusion. Early career highlights include roles at Alaska Airlines, MultiCare Health System, and KOMO 4, showcasing expertise in media relations, social media management, and community journalism. Halley holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington and a Diploma in Political Science from Sciences Po.
