Jason Knaggs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, project management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Social Impact Operations at BECU since January 2014, Jason is responsible for supporting governance processes and developing strategic roadmaps. Previously, Jason worked in various roles at BECU, including Marketing and Cooperative Affairs Program Manager, where expertise in process improvement and project management was applied to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and sustainability initiatives. As Founder and CEO of Kapow Strategies since April 2021, Jason leads operations and develops business strategies that align with organizational objectives. With a background in nonprofit coordination at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound and leadership experience in educational and recreational settings, Jason holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Outdoor Recreation from Northern Michigan University. Additionally, Jason is a Certified Associate of Project Management from the Institute of Project Management.
