Kaitlyn Reding

Kaitlyn Reding (Osborn) is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in retail and branch management. Since July 2017, Kaitlyn has held various positions at BECU, including Manager Retail Branch II and Interim Senior Manager in Downtown Seattle. Prior to BECU, Kaitlyn worked at Target from August 2014 to July 2017, serving as Executive Team Leader Logistics and Executive Team Leader Assets Protection. Kaitlyn's career began with the City of Renton as a Recreation Leader from June 2007 to January 2014 and also included an Executive Intern role at Target in summer 2013. Kaitlyn holds an Executive MBA in Business from Washington State University Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business, following education at Lindbergh High School.
