Michelle Coffman-Whitney

Michelle Coffman-Whitney, MBA, serves as the Director of Automation Engineering and Chief of Staff at BECU, the 4th largest credit union in the U.S. with $30B in assets, overseeing strategic initiatives focused on technical solutions and digital transformation. Michelle has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having held various leadership roles including Director of Product Management and Senior Technical Project Manager, actively engaging with executive stakeholders to enhance operational processes and team performance. In addition to founding Bighorn Canyon Investments, LLC, a real estate acquisition and asset management company, Michelle has contributed to community efforts as Chair of the Board Development Committee for the Highline College Foundation. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership, Michelle holds an Executive MBA and a BA in English from prestigious institutions.
