Mila Cheatom is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at BECU since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mila served as Agile Coach Lead and Scrum Master at USAA from January 2016 to July 2022. Earlier in the career, Mila was the Energy Team Account Manager at Esri for nearly a decade, from November 2006 to January 2016. Mila’s career began at National City Bank as a Retail Development Program Management Trainee from August 2004 to February 2006. Mila holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2004.
