Ryan Steen

Ryan Steen, CFE, currently serves as the Senior Product Strategy Manager for Digital Identity and Fraud at BECU since July 2023. With over seven years of experience in product strategy and management, Ryan leads the development of innovative fraud solutions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance BECU's competitive position. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Fraud Program Manager at U.S. Bank, overseeing the governance of fraud risk management during the merger with Union Bank. Ryan's extensive background at BECU includes roles such as Manager of Fraud Integration and Financial Crimes Investigator, as well as experience in store operations management at Ross Stores and Target. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University.
