Els Roelandt has extensive experience in sales and customer service, starting with a role as a Sales Executive at Mobistar from 2000 to 2008, where responsibilities included selling products and identifying customer needs. Following this, Els served as a Retention and Collection Specialist, addressing financial risks and proposing solutions, and later as a Loyalty & Telesales Agent, focusing on both pre-and postpaid solutions and managing the loyalty program. After a brief tenure as an Account Manager at Truvo, Els held the position of Sales Assistant at Forward Design (IKKS Shoes), coordinating customer service for an international sales force and ensuring high customer satisfaction. A temporary role as a Customer Service Representative at Eastman Chemical Company preceded the current position as a Sales Assistant at Beddeleem since October 2017. Els Roelandt holds a Master's degree in Translation (French-Spanish) from Ghent University.
