Aidan MacArtney

Aidan Macartney is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a robust background in the resources sector. Currently serving as the Head of Execution at Bedeschi S.p.a. since January 2024, Aidan previously worked at Bechtel Corporation as a Project Engineering Manager from May 2023 to December 2023. Over a span of 17 years at thyssenkrupp, Aidan held various roles, culminating in the position of Deputy Manager, with significant involvement in multiple large-scale projects, including a $45 million Iron Ore Reclaimer for BHP and an $80 million machine replacement program for Rio Tinto. Aidan's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Project Management from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University, complemented by a Diploma of Education in Leadership and Management.
