Rangsri Kowiwattanakan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rangsri started their career in 2003 as a Division Manager for Technical Recruitment at Adecco Phaholyothin Recruitment Co., Ltd., where they excelled in sales and client management. Rangsri then transitioned to a Senior Consultant role at Talent Plus, where they focused on new business development and recruitment in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industries.

In 2008, Rangsri joined WorleyParsons(Thailand) Limited as an Assistant Recruitment Manager, responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, and building relationships with academic institutions. Rangsri then moved on to Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner.

In 2014, Rangsri worked as a HR Freelancer before joining Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited as an AVP, HR Business Partner. In this role, they provided HR support and guidance to various business units, participated in talent management initiatives, and advised on disciplinary actions and labor relations.

Recently, Rangsri held leadership positions at Central Group, where they worked as the Head of HRBP Operations for the Central Department Store Group, and the Head of Talent Acquisition for Shared Service Recruitment. In these roles, they led HR teams, ensured compliance with labor laws and policies, and strategized effective utilization of people, processes, and technology.

Throughout their career, Rangsri has showcased their expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, and business partnering. Their experience spans diverse industries and they have consistently delivered impactful results while providing valuable guidance and support to both management and employees.

Rangsri Kowiwattanakan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics from Prince of Songkla University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. They then pursued a Master's degree in Business and Technology at the University of New South Wales from 2000 to 2002. In addition, Rangsri obtained several certifications, including Balanced Scorecard from Thammasat Consulting Networking and Coaching Center (CONC Thammasat), Mini Master in HR Management from Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Economics, and Mini Human Resource and Organization Development from the National Institute of Development Administration.
