Edel Brady

Edel Brady has extensive experience in environmental health, currently serving as an Environmental Health Officer at Bedford Borough Council since March 2016. Prior to this role, Edel worked as a Quality Assurance Technician at Moy Park Food Service Dublin Ltd from February 2015 to February 2016, and as an Environmental Health Technician at Moreland City Council for a brief period in 2014. Earlier career roles include working as an Environmental Health Officer for the City of Greater Bendigo and as a Laboratory Analyst/Office Administrator at Butlers Manufacturing Services. Edel began professional development as a Student Environmental Health Officer with the Health Service Executive and Fingal County Council in 2010. Edel holds an Honors Degree, B.Sc in Environmental Health from Technological University Dublin, earned between 2007 and 2011.
