Rughbir Singh

Rughbir Singh has over 25 years of extensive experience in information and communications technology, primarily with Bedford Borough Council since December 2002, where roles have included Chief Officer for Technology, Head of ICT Operations, and various managerial positions overseeing IT development and infrastructure. Prior to this, Rughbir Singh served as a Technical Architect at CMG from November 2000 to November 2002 and held multiple development-oriented roles at Bedford Borough Council from April 1997 to October 2000, culminating in the position of IT Development Manager.
