Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust (BILTT)

The Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust (BILTT), originally formed in 2013 with St. Johns and Greys Education Centre, and later joined by Grange Academy in 2017, is set to welcome a new Free School in September 2024. BILTT is dedicated to serving pupils facing a wide range of cognitive and physical challenges, including moderate learning difficulties. Additionally, we provide support to young people who, due to reasons such as exclusion or health concerns, cannot access mainstream school services temporarily. Collaboration is at the heart of our approach. We work closely with families, as well as various agencies and organisations, to ensure that our pupils achieve exceptional outcomes and are equipped with the best life opportunities possible. All our schools are situated in Bedford, allowing for a strong curriculum collaboration and shared pastoral practices. We believe in creating shared memories and futures alongside the communities we serve. Our goal is to establish academies that, with the support of the Trust, offer a welcoming, nurturing, calm, safe, and purposeful environment. This environment is aimed at supporting our pupils academically, pastorally, and in their social and emotional development. BILTT’s vision is to create a high-performing SEND Multi Academy Trust that delivers outstanding educational experiences for all pupils, regardless of their starting points. The vitality of our Trust is best exemplified through the websites of our schools. We hope that you find the information on our website valuable and informative. If you wish to learn more about BILTT, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thinking about joining us? Visit our MyNewTerm vacancies page.
