Robert Glass

Dr. Glass was previously serving as Superintendent in the Eastchester Union Free School District, where he has focused on working with the community to build a strategic vision for the future of teaching and learning while also leading his district to a successful bond referendum.

Prior to his time in Eastchester, Dr. Glass served for nine years as the Superintendent of Bloomfield Hills Schools in suburban Detroit. While in Bloomfield Hills, Dr. Glass engaged the community to build consensus around the design and construction of an innovative high school model. Dr. Glass and his team also championed staff development around diversity, equity and inclusion. He was named Michigan Superintendent of the Year in 2017 by the Michigan Association of School Administrators.
