Paul Davies

Paul Davies is an experienced police custody training and consultancy professional currently serving as a Company Director at WPD Associates Ltd since October 2013. With extensive expertise in police leadership, learning, and development, Paul has been delivering initial police custody training to officers and staff at Hertfordshire Constabulary, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, and Bedfordshire Police since September 2016. Additionally, Paul has reviewed police custody procedures for Hatfield Police Custody suite, acted as an Associate trainer for the College of Policing, and coordinated international programs for Protection Group International. Previous roles include Lead Staff Officer with Paul's Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Head of Performance and Inspection at South Wales Police. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Police Studies from the University of South Wales and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Swansea College.
