Alette Usterud Vaaje

Alette Usterud Vaaje is currently gaining professional experience as a Mentor, Company Contact, Social Media Manager, and Sponsorship Manager at Bedriftskontakt Marin since August 2020. Alette has completed various internships, including a summer internship as a Technical Intern at Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, where involvement in a research project focused on the transition to biofuels for wind park installation vessels and cruise ships occurred in June 2024. Additional internship experience includes Circular Plastics 2023 at NF&TA and a role as a Nursing Assistant at Trondheim kommune. Other notable positions held include Concert Manager at RUKA22 and several roles at Asker kommune, including Care Worker and School Assistant. Alette is pursuing a degree in Marine Technology (Sivilingeniør) at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and is participating in exchange programs at the Technical University of Denmark and Delft University of Technology. Alette completed studies specializing in Realfag at Asker videregående skole from 2017 to 2020.
