Joselyn Lai

Joselyn Lai is the Co-founder & CEO of Bedrock Energy, which aims to revolutionize building heating & cooling systems using geothermal energy. Prior to this role, Joselyn served as the Head of Operations at PickTrace, a start-up focused on digitizing agriculture for efficiency. Joselyn has also held positions at Higher Ground Labs, Blue River Technology, Polymath Ventures, and Bain & Company, gaining experience in business operations, advisory roles, and consulting. Joselyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
