Oren-Olivier Puder

Oren-Olivier is an independent director on the board of Bedrock Holdings SA and Bedrock SA. He is a Partner at Junod, Muhlstein, Lévy & Puder law firm and specialises in banking & finance law and regulations. His practice covers banking, asset management, FinTech and alternative investments, including private equity and hedge funds.

Oren-Olivier has worked at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in Bern, as Head of the Collective Investment Schemes (Asset Management) Department for French-speaking Switzerland. He is a co-founder of Taurus SA, the Swiss leader in digital asset infrastructure for banks, stock exchanges and institutional clients. He also serves as an independent director on the boards of several regulated financial institutions.

He is admitted to the Geneva Bar and holds a Law degree from the University of Geneva, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University in Washingnon DC.
