Kathryn Parten-Ballantine

Kathryn Parten-Ballantine is an experienced professional in the education and sales sectors, currently serving as a Whole School Literacy Consultant at Bedrock Learning since July 2025. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at Digital Theatre from April 2019 to July 2025, including Regional Sales Director and Higher Education Sales Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as New Business Executive at Digital Theatre+ from August 2018 to April 2019, and several roles at ICAEW from September 2015 to August 2018, spanning Business Development Executive to Events Coordinator. Kathryn began their career as an Activity Coordinator at Language Study Centres from June 2014 to August 2015, managing a team focused on educational activities for EAL students. Kathryn holds a BA(Hons) in English and Drama from the University of Portsmouth and has completed A Levels at Southend High School for Boys, as well as GCSEs at The Eastwood Academy.
