Charles develops and implements the technical roadmap for realizing our aspiration to better understand the ocean and make that knowledge available to all.

Prior to Bedrock, he spent over 15 years building and piloting vehicle systems across land, sea, air, and space with the amazing folks from SpaceX, Reliable Robotics, DeepFlight, and SRI International.

No matter what he’s had his hands on, Charles has always been driven by the question, “what else is possible?”
