Meryem Ihrai

Meryem IHRAI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client operations and account management. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Client Operations at Bedrock Streaming since June 2022, Meryem leads contractual and commercial relationships while implementing sales strategies for the company, known for its end-to-end streaming platforms founded by M6 Group and RTL Group. Prior to this role, Meryem worked at SAGEMCOM from June 2018 to May 2022 as an Account & Program Manager, ensuring contract implementation for telecommunications operators and acting as the main point of contact for clients. Meryem also held the title of Product Manager at SAGEMCOM, where responsibilities included managing technical product definitions and commercial responses for international tenders. Additional experience includes consulting at PROPARCO, serving as a Customer Quality Engineer at Parrot, and working as a business analyst with BearingPoint. Meryem holds a Master of Science in Project Management from HEC Paris and an Engineer’s Degree from Arts et Métiers.
