Spencer Golden-Sims

Spencer Golden-Sims has extensive experience in real estate development, currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Bedrock Detroit since January 2019, where previous roles included Development Manager and Senior Development Associate. Prior to Bedrock Detroit, Spencer held positions at 3CDC from September 2015 to December 2018, working as Development Officer and Construction Management Officer. Additionally, experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at HGC Construction from April 2014 to September 2015. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University (2010-2014) and a Real Estate Development Certificate from Cornell University (2021-2022).
