Trevor Wilson, MBA, NCARB RA, is an experienced development manager currently leading the redevelopment of the Hudson's site for Bedrock Detroit, transforming it into a 1.5 million square foot mixed-use facility. Previously, Trevor held roles including Senior Development Associate at Bedrock Detroit, Real Estate Development Manager/Architect at Hillside-Investments, and Project Manager at Stiles, where Trevor managed numerous commercial real estate projects and developed design standards for a major retail company. As the owner and property manager of 216 Rentals, Trevor oversaw multi-unit residential renovations in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Additional experience includes project management for retail and mixed-use developments at Dorsky Yue International and work on diverse building projects at Eckert Wordell. Trevor also served on the Board of Directors and chaired the House Operations Committee for the Hospital Hospitality House of Southwest Michigan, focusing on securing essential funding. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate from Florida State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy.
