Jacob Celedon has extensive experience in food safety and management, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety and Occupational Safety at Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. since September 2015, where responsibilities also include the role of Production Manager. Prior to this, Jacob held multiple positions at Xcelerate Fitness Selma, CA, from March 2009 to September 2015, including Club Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Health Wellness Incentive Coordinator. Jacob also worked as a Physical Education and Nutrition Coordinator for Community Youth Ministry from August 2013 to January 2014. Education includes a General Education degree from Selma High School, completed between 2004 and 2008.
