Dominika Mańka has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Dominika started their career as a Tour Operator at Georgia Adventure Club from January 2016 to October 2017. Later, they worked as an Export Specialist at Bempresa Sp. z o.o. from February 2018 to March 2019. After that, they joined DNA Recruitment, where they held various positions, including Global Research Consultant, Senior Global Research Consultant, and CEEMEA Service Operations Manager from March 2019 to August 2021. Dominika then worked as a Tech Recruiter at TechnipFMC from November 2021 to April 2022, through Bee Talents. Following that, they joined Bee Talents as a Tech Recruiter from October 2021 to the present. Alongside their professional career, Dominika also pursued their passion as a Podcaster and Founder of Kreatornia Przyszłości since March 2023. Most recently, they have also started working at Affirm as a Tech Recruiter through Bee Talents since May 2022.
Dominika Mańka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie in 2013. Dominika then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the same university, completing it in 2015. In 2020, they enrolled in WSB University for postgraduate education in the field of Psychology of Leadership, completing it in 2021.
