Michelle Helwig started their work experience as an Assistant Recruitment Specialist at Majorel Polska in September 2020. Michelle then progressed to the role of Junior Recruitment Specialist from July 2021 to July 2022. Additionally, during their time at Majorel Polska, they also held the position of Feel Good Ambassador from October 2021 to July 2022.
In July 2022, Michelle joined Bee Talents as a Tech Recruiter. Their responsibilities include conducting full recruitment processes for various IT positions, collaborating with start-ups and software companies, defining candidate expectations, writing job advertisements, conducting screenings/qualification interviews, and sourcing talent through direct search and networking.
Michelle Helwig attended Uniwersytet SWPS from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology.
