Zuzanna Płończak-Kałużna's work experience begins in 2016, where they worked as a Shop Assistant at Calzedonia Group for two months. Following that, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Borbis Media. In 2019, they joined Milado - Centrum Rozwoju Personalnego Sp. z o. o. as a Junior Recruitment Specialist, and later became a Recruitment Specialist until April 2021. During this time, they also held a position at PGS Software S.A. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from April 2021 to May 2022, working through Bee Talents. Most recently, starting in October 2021, Zuzanna has been working as a Tech Recruiter at Bee Talents, and since May 2022, they have been working at mBank S.A. as a Recruitment Partner, also via Bee Talents.
Zuzanna Płończak-Kałużna pursued their education at Collegium Da Vinci. From 2016 to 2019, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Doradztwo i coaching. Following that, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie kreatywne from 2019 to 2021.
