Kaitlyn Smith has a work experience that includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Beecan Health since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at the same company from May 2021 to August 2021. Before entering the field of human resources, Kaitlyn was a Stylist/Brand Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from June 2019 to August 2020.

Kaitlyn Smith, aPHR, began their education at West Ranch High School, where they completed their high school diploma between 2014 and 2018. After graduating, they attended College of the Canyons from 2018 to 2020, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Kaitlyn then pursued higher education at Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business from 2020 to 2022, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
