Ron Byrum

Ron Byrum's work experience begins in 1994 as a Rehab Team Coordinator at SunDance Rehabilitation. Ron then moves on to becoming an Area Manager of Operations at Mariner Healthcare in 2007, where they take on full operational responsibilities for a cluster of Skilled Nursing Facilities. In 2011, Ron becomes the Regional Director of Operations at The Weston Group, overseeing a staff of 100 across 22 different lines of business. Ron also works as a part-time instructor at the University of Phoenix in the Healthcare Administration program from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2020, Ron serves as an Executive Faculty member at California State University Long Beach, where they incorporate practical activities and discussions into their healthcare administration courses. In 2014, Ron becomes an Area Manager at Intergro Rehab Services, where they successfully direct daily operations and exceeds revenue expectations. Currently, Ron holds the position of Therapy Operations Manager at Beecan Health since February 2021.

Ron Byrum has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University-Long Beach. Ron obtained this degree from 2005 to 2007.

Prior to their Master's degree, Ron Byrum also earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the California State University - Department of Kinesiology. Ron completed their undergraduate studies from 1995 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Ron Byrum has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. These certifications include "Making Key Decisions as a Manager," "Creating a Culture of Collaboration," "Managing for Results," "Speaking Up At Work," "Strategic Thinking," "Building Resilience as a Leader," and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers."
