Mrs. Ciani Albert

Mrs. Ciani Albert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mrs. Ciani started their career in 1999 as a Legal Processing Clerk at Javitch, Block & Rathbone, and held this role until 2006. Following this, they joined Keith D. Weiner and Associates as a Legal Secretary from 2006 to 2008.

Mrs. Albert then transitioned to Beech Brook, where they have held various roles. Mrs. Ciani began as an Administrative Assistant from 2008 to 2015, responsible for reviewing and analyzing documents, preparing memos and reports, and managing files. In 2015, they became the Lead of Operations Support, managing all client records functions and providing administrative assistance to the department head. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Manager of Operations, where they coordinated, managed, and monitored various departments, developed effective financial strategies, and improved processes and policies to support organizational goals. Currently, Mrs. Albert holds the position of Director of Operations at Beech Brook, a role they assumed in November 2021.

Mrs. Ciani Albert began their education in 2015 at Cuyahoga Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Mrs. Ciani then went on to pursue a field of study in Organizational Leadership at Cleveland State University from 2018 to 2023.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mrs. Albert has obtained several certifications. Mrs. Ciani completed various IT-related courses and certifications through Coursera Course Certificates, including the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts, Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking, and Technical Support Fundamentals.

Furthermore, Mrs. Albert obtained the Notary Public certification from the State of Ohio in July 2021. Mrs. Ciani also holds certifications as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor and in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Red Cross, which they attained in March 2021.
