Rachel Humphrey, MSSA, LISW-S has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Rachel is currently working at Beech Brook as the Assistant Clinical Director, a role they have been in since September 2022. Prior to this, Rachel was a Clinical Supervisor at Beech Brook from March 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Beech Brook, Rachel worked at FAMILY PRIDE OF NORTHEAST OHIO INC as a Clinical Supervisor from February 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they supervised administrative processes and provided guidance to clinicians in the agency. Rachel also served as the Internship Coordinator from June 2015 to January 2018, where they managed the internship program and provided supervision to interns.

Additionally, Rachel had an internship experience at Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court as a Probation Intern from September 2010 to May 2011. Rachel assisted in probation supervision and case management services for adjudicated delinquents.

Rachel's earliest work experience was at Erie County 4-H Camp, where they served as an Assistant Director/Team Building Leader for a brief period in 2009. Rachel contributed to program development and managed camp employees.

Rachel Humphrey, MSSA, LISW-S completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice at Ohio Northern University from 2006 to 2010. Rachel then pursued their Master's degree in Social Service Administration at Case Western Reserve University Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences from 2010 to 2012. After completing their education, they obtained their Licensed Social Worker certification from the Ohio State Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board in May 2012. Rachel further pursued their credentials and became a Licensed Independent Social Worker in May 2014 and later obtained the Licensed Independent Social Worker with Training Supervision Designation from the State of Ohio Counseling, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapists Board in July 2015.
