Dianne Jacobs has extensive work experience in the consumer goods industry. Dianne currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Beech-Nut Nutrition Company since March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at NurturMe Holdings LLC from August 2018 to March 2020.
Dianne has also held various leadership positions at influential companies. Dianne was a Member of the Board of Directors at Maternal Science, Inc. from January 2015 to August 2016. At Nutrisystem, they served as the SVP, GM from 2012 to 2014.
From 2005 to 2009, Dianne worked at Nestle as the SVP, Country Manager, Infant Nutrition Division, overseeing sales of $1.7B. Dianne led the US Leadership Team and was a Board member of the Gerber Products Company.
Before that, Dianne was the EVP, GM of Frozen Foods at Pinnacle Foods from 2001 to 2005. Dianne played a pivotal role in reviving distressed frozen food brands.
At Mondelēz International, they held the position of VP Marketing, Cookies from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, Dianne worked at Nestle from 1989 to 2000, where they served as the VP Marketing for Frozen and Confectionary Divisions.
Dianne began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1985, where they received classical training in brand management. Dianne worked in the Brand Management track for Health and Personal Care products, focusing on Crest toothpaste and Pepto Bismol from 1985 to 1988.
Dianne Jacobs holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. In 1998, they attended the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland for Executive Education.
