Josh Tarica

Josh Tarica is the managing director and co-founder of Beech Valley Solutions, a company that provides outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services for startups and small businesses. Prior to Beech Valley, Josh was a co-founder of RocketGrad, Inc., a web-site designed to align internship and job-seeking accounting and MIS students with professional firms.

Josh began their career at PwC, one of the world's largest professional services firms, in 2009 as an intern. Josh was later promoted to assurance senior associate, a position they held for five years. In 2014, Josh left PwC to start RocketGrad with two partners. RocketGrad quickly became one of the leading providers of internship and job placement services for accounting and MIS students in the United States.

In 2017, Josh sold their stake in RocketGrad and co-founded Beech Valley Solutions with two other partners. Beech Valley Solutions provides accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services for startups and small businesses. The company has been profitable since its inception and has grown rapidly, serving over 1,000 clients in 2018.

Josh Tarica has a MAcc from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in Audit and a BBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in Accounting. Josh is certified in Certified Public Accountant from the State of Georgia.
