Mo Captan

Mo Captan leads our strategy and growth initiatives and is responsible for firm growth and client development, expansion of our portfolio, and overall strategic planning. Before joining us, Mo led talent acquisition for Strategy&, with overall executive responsibility for experienced hire recruiting in North and Latin America. He served as the global leader for the firms recruiting initiatives, and the firm’s global recruiting advisor for the integration with PwC Advisory.

Before joining Strategy&, Mo led Advantage xPO’s Global RPO division. He was part of the leadership team at Manpower Business Solutions, holding executive leadership roles spanning client strategy, program management and BD. Mo came to Manpower via the acquisition of RPO specialist CRI, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Client Services. Responsibilities as the executive leader of CRI included development of a scalable operational infrastructure, with oversight and management of teams focused on client acquisition, program management, and delivery of best-in-class recruiting solutions.

Before joining CRI, he led client services for 5 years at NorthStar Solutions, Inc., a business consulting firm he co-founded. Mo also served in recruiting, sales and management positions for companies such as TEKsystems/Aerotek, Lucent Technologies and ADcom. Mo attended Florida State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology.
