Shannon is a Principal in the Private Equity practice, with an expertise in Private Equity Fund Operating Groups, Transformational Leadership, and Talent Roles. Prior to joining Beecher | Reagan, Shannon built out the Talent Function at Platinum Equity, supporting Portfolio Companies in driving value through organizational and leadership strategies, executive hiring, intellectual capital initiatives, and scaling a robust Operations & Transformation Team.
