Tim Reagan

Tim Reagan is a Partner and co-founder of Beecher Reagan. He has spent most of his career advising clients within Fortune 100 companies and top tier management consulting and business advisory firms on senior level talent acquisition strategies.

At Beecher Reagan, Tim leads the Private Equity Practice and provides expertise in the areas of Turnaround and Restructuring, M&A Advisory Services, Audit and Accounting, Operational and Performance Improvement, E-Discovery, Litigation Support, Financial Services, Healthcare, Automotive and Government consulting. Tim has completed Partner and Practice Leader searches for a variety of clients, including AlixPartners, Booz Allen Hamilton, Booz and Company, Oliver Wyman, Deloitte Consulting, Protiviti, FTI, Bain & Company, and Analysis Group.

Prior to Beecher Reagan, Tim was a Director at Magellan International, an executive search leader in the professional services’ space. He began his career in executive search at one of the top boutique-sized executive search firms in Washington D.C., where he served Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, United Health Group, US Airways, GMAC, and Deloitte & Touche. He entered the executive search space after working for Senator Grassley in the US Senate.

Tim holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Radford University. He is a member of The Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Executive Search Consultants.
