Syed Farooq Hussain

Syed Farooq Hussain is an experienced professional in the textile and apparel industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Sourcing and Production at BEECHTREE | PEPPERLAND by AHEAD BRANDS (SMC) PVT. LTD since November 2018. Hussain has a robust background in production management, having previously held the position of Head of Production at Metro Shoes and Assistant General Manager of the Apparel Division at Metro by Nadeem Younis. Hussain’s experience also includes roles as Retail Manager at Khaadi, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing store operations and implementing production coordination processes as a Senior Merchandiser. Early in the career, Hussain gained valuable insights as an Assistant Product Manager at Cambridge Garments and a Merchandiser at Fatani Impex Pvt Ltd, collaborating with prominent US brands. Hussain holds a BBA in Apparel Merchandising and Manufacturing from the Textile Institute of Pakistan and is pursuing an MBA in Marketing with majors in Retail and Operations from the Institute of Business Management.
