Barry L. has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Barry started their career at New York Land Services, Inc in 2003, where they served as Counsel & Title Officer for one year. Barry then moved to Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP in 2004, working as a Transactional Real Estate Attorney for two years. In 2006, Barry joined Premier Development as a Senior Vice President, handling real estate development, construction, and legal counsel. Barry worked there for six years before joining The Beechwood Organization|Beechwood Homes NY & Carolinas in 2012. At Beechwood, Barry held the position of Vice President, overseeing real estate development and construction. With Beechwood's expertise in single and multifamily home building, Barry contributed to the development of over 70 communities and the construction of more than 9,500 homes in various locations including Long Island, the Hamptons, and the New York City metro area.
Barry L. completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan, which they pursued from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, they attended Brooklyn Law School and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree between 2000 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, Barry also holds several certifications. Barry is certified as an Attorney by both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Furthermore, they are certified as a Real Estate Broker by the New York State Department of State.
