Ian Proulx is the CEO and co-founder of 1047 Games, where a multi-player, first-person sci-fi shooter video game, Splitgate, was designed and implemented. Proulx also invests in Beef Noodle Studios and Clerkie. Previous experience includes internships at Apple, focusing on game technologies and physics simulation in SpriteKit and SceneKit. Proulx served as the head coach for a boys' 6th grade basketball team at Pinewood School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction, and a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction in Computer Science with a concentration in Graphics, both from Stanford University. Additionally, Proulx was admitted to the MBA program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, class of 2020.
