Daniel Bae

Daniel Bae currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and previously held the role of VP of Finance at beehiiv since February 2024. Prior to this, Daniel was the Head of Finance at Untapped from June 2021 to February 2024, where the company was acquired by Podium Education. Daniel's experience also includes serving as VP of Finance at Higi, a Modivcare service, overseeing finance during its acquisitions. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Controller at TruStage and held various financial roles at United Airlines, Abbott Laboratories, and CME Group. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution.
