Phillip Mills is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at beehiiv since September 2023, Phillip contributes to enhancing the functionality of a leading newsletter platform, focusing on customer engagement tools and API development. Previously, Phillip worked at New Relic, Inc. for eight years, where roles included developing user systems and maintaining support systems, alongside significant contributions to the company’s GraphQL framework. Other experience encompasses web development and software consultancy roles at DHX Advertising, Synergetics, Assured Revenue Corporation, and Tucows, Inc., demonstrating a strong foundation in back-end systems, PHP development, and technical support. Phillip holds a BS in Computer Science from Mississippi State University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Itawamba Community College.
