Autumn Vaupel has an extremely impressive track record in operations management, with more than 20 years of experience within the technology and professional services industry. Autumn is currently Chief Operating Officer for Beeline, where she is responsible for customer success, professional and implementation services, end-user training, customer support, partner enablement, and account management. She is accountable for ensuring the success of each Beeline customer and partner throughout their lifecycle in leveraging Beeline’s Vendor Management Solutions. As a member of the executive team, Autumn plays an integral role in defining the company’s strategic vision and product direction and is responsible for the overall customer experience, driving client growth and retention, and managing business operations. Before joining Beeline in 2012, Autumn was vice president of professional services with Blackbaud Inc., a Charleston, South Carolina-based technology company recognized as the leading provider of software solutions for the non-profit sector. Prior to her six years at Blackbaud, Autumn spent eight years working and consulting with SAP America in Implementation and Product Development, focused on the retail industry sector.
