Jessica McDearman Ashcraft has a diverse work experience in marketing and branding. Jessica started their career with roles in marketing coordination and specialist positions at GATOR BOWL SPORTS, INC. and MPS Group. Jessica then moved on to The Adecco Group, where they served as a Senior Marketing Specialist and later as a Marketing Manager, focusing on corporate branding and sponsorships.

Following their time at The Adecco Group, Jessica joined Beeline, where they held several leadership positions. Jessica started as a Senior Marketing Manager and then became the Director of Marketing, Product Marketing, Inside Sales & Analyst Relations. Jessica later took on the role of Senior Director and Head of Marketing, responsible for marketing operations, sales enablement, and global budget analysis, among other responsibilities. Their final role at Beeline was as the Global Vice President & Head of Marketing, where they reported directly to the CEO and played a crucial role in upholding the company's brand and market positioning through revenue-generating strategies.

Jessica McDearman Ashcraft has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Communications with double minors in Business Marketing and Cognitive Psychology from the University of North Florida. Jessica also completed the International Business Program at Audencia SciencesCom, specializing in Marketing. In addition, they obtained certifications in Situational Leadership Training in 2014 and Pragmatic Marketing in 2012.
