Jigz Herrera is an experienced product owner with a comprehensive background in technology and business analytics. At Beeline since November 2013, Jigz has served as Product Owner, managing product vision, development processes, and stakeholder liaison responsibilities. Prior roles included Implementation Consultant, leading client technology sessions, and Team Lead/Senior Business Analytics Specialist, overseeing the APAC Business Analytics Team and collaborating on product development. Previously, Jigz held the position of MIS Manager at VXI Global Solutions, Inc., focusing on data analysis and automation, and worked as Operations Supervisor at TeleTech, monitoring performance and providing mentorship. Jigz holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Palawan State University.
