Ivan Balabanov

Ivan Balabanov is an experienced project manager currently working at Beeline Russia since February 2023. Previously, Ivan held the position of Head of Internal Audit Department at Rostelecom from May 2022 to January 2023. Ivan's extensive career at Nokia spanned a decade, during which roles included Business Group Delivery Manager for East Europe, Service Business Manager, Project Manager, Solution Consultant, Senior RF Engineer, and RF Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position as Radio Analysis and Optimization Engineer at VimpelCom and various engineering roles at Insol Telecom. Ivan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Telecommunications from МИРЭА and a Master’s degree in Radio Technology and Design from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation along with an Engineering Manager degree from Belarusian National Technical University.
