Victor Krishchik has over a decade of experience in business process management and technical budget control, currently serving as the Head of Business Process Management at Beeline Russia since February 2013. With a strong background in consolidating technical budgets and managing capex performance across various domains including B2B, B2C, and transport networks, Victor has contributed to forming technology strategy and participating in global strategy initiatives. Prior to joining Beeline, Victor was an Expert at Vimpelcom, focusing on mobile packet core technologies. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
