Elisa Blaszczynski

Elisa Blaszczynski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elisa began their career in 2014 as a Vendor/Vendeuse at Abercrombie & Fitch. From there, they worked as an HR assistant (internship) at CNIEL in 2017 before joining AVANTAGE Search as a Headhunter apprentice, specializing in IT. In 2018, Elisa became a Recruiter at La Banque Postale Financement. Elisa then moved on to JobTeaser in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Projects, where they played a key role in career guidance and recruitment of young talent. In 2020, Elisa joined Matera as a Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruitment strategy and employer branding. Elisa continued their talent acquisition career at AFD Tech in 2022, serving as a People & Project Specialist. Most recently, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at hestiia and is currently working in the same role at Beem.

Elisa Blaszczynski's education history includes a Master's degree in Global Human Resources Management from IGS-RH, which they pursued from 2018 to 2019. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Prior to this, they completed a Master 1 Responsable de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines from IGS-RH, spanning from 2016 to 2018, with a specialization in Ressources humaines. In 2017, Elisa attended Université de Sherbrooke's Ecole de Gestion but did not obtain a degree during their time there. Elisa also pursued Psychology at Université Paris Cité from 2014 to 2016. Their educational journey began with a Baccalauréat scientifique, specializing in Sciences de la vie et de la Terre, which they earned from Lycée Petit-Val (94) from 2010 to 2013.
