Cristián Bustos Salas

Cristián Bustos Salas has a diverse work experience starting in 1998. Cristián began their career as an Engineer of Projects at Molymet until 2005. In the same year, they founded the company Noise & Acoustics, where they served as the founder until 2004. From 2005 to the present, Bustos Salas worked at Better as a Director. In 2010, they co-founded and served as the Co-founder, Director, and Technical Manager at Equipos Médicos ++zepeda until 2019. Additionally, starting in 2011, they became the General Manager and Owner of Better Colombia SAS until 2014. Currently, they hold the positions of CEO and Founder at Beeok, a Saas B2B company focused on accelerating sustainability transitions for companies in Chile, Peru, and Colombia.

Cristián Bustos Salas has a diverse education history. In 1991-1998, they attended the Universidad Austral de Chile, where they obtained their undergraduate degree in Acoustics. Cristián later pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Planning at the Universidad de Chile from 2001 to 2002. In 2012-2013, they completed a Diploma in Business Management at the Postgraduate School of Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2015, Cristián earned a Diploma from the ESE Business School Chile in the Entrepreneur Development Program. Continuing their education in recent years, they attended the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2022 to complete the Program for Directors' Training with a focus on Business Administration. Most recently, in 2020, Cristián attended Harvard Business School for a short period to study Sustainability Business Strategy. Their education history demonstrates a strong foundation in environmental management and planning as well as a focus on developing business and leadership skills.
