Javiera Silva Arroyo

Javiera Silva Arroyo has held a variety of roles in the technology and engineering industry since 2015. Javiera began their career as a Gerente Comercial, Frontend Developer, and Cofounder at SGLMS Ingeniería & Gestión. Javiera also held teaching positions at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and Universidad Andrés Bello. In 2018, they joined Universidad de los Andes (CL) as a Tutora Evaluación de Proyectos. In 2020, they became a Cofounder of Beeok, where they are responsible for developing Saas B2B solutions to accelerate companies' transition to sustainability. As part of the Tech team, they lead UX/UI design and participates in process engineering and fullstack development for the new version of Beeok and other products.

Javiera Silva Arroyo attended Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from 2007 to 2014, completing a degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial in 2014 and a Magister en Ciencias de la Ingeniería Industrial in 2012.
